Your Responsibilities

  • Procurement and distribution of goods
  • Warehouse management and logistics
  • Customer service

You will learn how to maintain supplier contacts, obtain quotes, place orders, and organize the receipt of goods. In addition, you will be introduced to the sale of goods to customers. You will be introduced to customer service, learning how to process inquiries, advise customers, and conduct sales conversations. You will develop skills in dealing with customers and building long-term business relationships. You will acquire knowledge about the organization of goods flow, warehouse management, and inventory control. You will learn how to receive deliveries, pick goods, and ship them. We will support you throughout the entire training period with any questions or problems. With good performance and academic results, there is nothing standing in the way of a permanent position.

As a Warehouse Logistics Specialist, you will learn all logistical processes within the company – from goods receipt and warehouse organization to shipping. You will work closely with Purchasing, Technical Department, Warehouse Management, and other departments, ensuring that goods are moved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

The apprenticeship provides comprehensive knowledge in all areas of warehouse logistics. Upon successful completion, you will be able to independently plan, control, and optimize logistical processes.

Your Responsibilities

  • Goods receipt & quality inspection (incl. operation of industrial trucks, e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.)
  • Internal flow of goods (including order picking, packaging, returns, loading and unloading, deliveries)
  • Inventory Management & Stocktaking
  • Order, safety & organization (including optimization & cleaning of the warehouse, compliance with occupational safety)

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
  • Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
  • Very good English language skills; additional foreign language is an advantage
