Data from video surveillance is stored for a maximum of 10 days.
Data is disclosed to service providers commissioned by us who perform surveillance tasks for our company.
In specific individual cases, the recordings may be transmitted to law enforcement authorities as evidence or to attorneys for the enforcement of civil claims and used in court proceedings.

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether personal data concerning them is being processed; if this is the case, they have a right of access to this personal data and to the information specified in detail in Art. 15 GDPR.
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning them and, where applicable, the completion of incomplete personal data (Art. 16 GDPR).
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller the erasure of personal data concerning them without undue delay, provided that one of the grounds specified in detail in Art. 17 GDPR applies, e.g., if the data is no longer required for the purposes pursued (right to erasure).
The data subject has the right to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where one of the conditions set out in Art. 18 GDPR is met, e.g., if the data subject has objected to processing, for the duration of the controller’s review.
The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them (right to object). The controller shall no longer process the personal data unless the controller demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims (Art. 21 GDPR).
Without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy, every data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if the data subject considers that the processing of personal data concerning them infringes the GDPR (Art. 77 GDPR). The data subject may exercise this right with a supervisory authority in the Member State of their habitual residence, place of work or place of the alleged infringement.
